another thought today.

 EXCHANGE THINGS THAT ARE NOT WORKING FOR YOU. Hi guys. So am back and have been thinking about what's been going on around me and I said to myself, not everything is gonna work out for me, so what do I do when these things don’t work out for me? Am pretty sure you have walked into a store or even at the market and when you pick up an item and it don’t feel right with you_ you pick up another that suits your test right? it could even be a clothing, you see it and it didn’t fit on, you exchange it for the right one that fits perfect. That is how you exchange things that don’t work for you to things that work better for you.  Now this same principle applies to your thinking. If you will exchange your " i cants" for "I can" thoughts and begin to say i can do whatever I wanna do in life because \God strengthens me, you see remarkable changes begin to happen. How “Hope” Can Keep You Happy If You Do It Right “The very purpose of our life is happiness, which is sustained by hope. I can do whatever I need to do in life  through Christ . "I have strength for all things in Christ who empowers me [ I am ready for anything and equal to anything through him who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency]. In other words, i can handle whatever life hands me. I wonder, do you believe you can do whatever you need to do in life? or are there certain things trigger dread, fear, or cause you to say, " I could never do that !" when you think about them? The fact of the matter is, while some situations may be intensely undesirable or difficult for you, you can do whatever you need to do in life. Worrying

Release the Weight of Worry . It is one thing to know that we should not worry and its another thing to stop worrying. one of the things that helped me let go of worrying was that i finally realised how utterly useless it was getting worried over what won't change because i worried about it. The bible is full of sound proven advice about not worrying and dealing with worry. for example in Philippians 4;6 says be anxious for nothing, but in all circumstances to let our prayer requests be known to God with thanksgiving. Even down to verse 7, he then encourages us by saying that the peace of God will fill our hearts and minds. Thinking about it, how many problems have you solved by worrying? how much time have you spent worrying about things that never even happened? has anything ever gotten better as a result of your worrying about it? lets be sincere, NO .  The moment you begin to worry or feel anxious, give your concern to God_because it is normal to feel

Breaking up Bad Habit What is a habit? Habit is an action performed repeatedly and automatically, usually without awareness. We all have habits different types , many of them are unique. Habits that are harmless are not necessarily the ones we must be concerned with, but the harmful habits need to be broken and replaced with good ones. God offers each of us a great life we must renew our minds and learn to think on purpose if we want to experience all He has planned for us.   Bad habits are not broken simply because we want to break some bad habit such as  Swearing,  Picking Your Nose,  Biting Fingernails etc. ; we must break them on purpose and that will require diligence and determination. POSITIVE THINKING RELEASES THE POWER OF POTENTIAL . People who think positively can see potential in even the most discouraging situations, while those who do not think positively are quick to point out the situations' problems and limitations. One of the best stories that showed positive thinking releases the power of potential took place centuries ago. God promised the people of Israel they would posses a rich land and fertile country known as Canaan. He didn't promise them its going to be easy, but he did promise them they would inhabit it- and when God makes a promise he keeps it.   Previously, was talking about developing your potential, today accessing yourself is gonna be thought of today.   ACCESSING  YOUR SELF "You know what comes easily to you and these strengths can be developed fairly rapidly. Yet your natural power may not be enough".   To reach your full potential, you need to develop all the key attributes. For example, lack of confidence is a general barrier to advancing on whatever area of your life. If you are someone who has feelings to low self-esteem, or lack of courage of your convictions, you will have to work hard to maximize your self-confidence. Being yourself development by looking objectively at your abilities and where they most need to be improved. 4.        Form long term ambitions to help you notice                                                                    Chances to move forward. 5.        Take responsibility at the earliest opportunity .
